At SmartWoodz, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Our policy regarding cancellations and refunds is as follows:
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the crafting or shipping process has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from the description. Due to the nature of wood, natural grains and slight color variations are not considered defects.
Process: To initiate a return, please email support@smartwoodz.com with clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging. A complete unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 working days.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-built or personalized wooden items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
